#YES snowboards come lightly de-tuned from the factory. It is not mandatory to de-tune your board more, but if you feel the tip or tail of the board is still a little twitchy, you may de-tune further using sand paper or a file at the contact point. If you are new to detuning or board maintenance please leave this job to a professional. You can damage your board if you get this wrong!
